How long can I hold my reservation for an artwork?
- Please fulfill your order within 24 hours after payment instructions have been sent. If you are unable to complete your transaction within the allotted time, the artwork will be made available to the next customer.

Will I be able to purchase artwork that is currently reserved?
- You may fill out the artwork reservation form to be added to the waitlist. We will reach out to you if and only when the reserved artwork is available for purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
- O2O Art only accepts the following payment methods: credit or debit card via PayMongo, PayPal, GCash, and bank deposit via BPI.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping and delivery charges are not included in the artwork price. This must be arranged with the following:

The buyer agrees to hold Philippine Art Events, Inc., the organizer of O2O Art, including its shareholders, directors, officers, representatives and agents, free and harmless from and against all claims for damage to persons or property arising from or out of any occurrence relating to the genuineness and authenticity of the artwork sold by the participating galleries. The buyer confirms that any such claim relating to the genuineness and authenticity of the artwork sold by the participating galleries should be brought against such gallery, to the exclusion of Philippine Art Events, Inc., its shareholders, directors, officers, representatives and agents.
